Societal Uncertainty and Skill Transformation
In the final chapter, two main topics are discussed. First is the uncertainty, originally discussed in chapter 3, focusing on a higher, societal level, and the changes that are happening around us. The second theme is self-leadership and autonomy. They are widely used in many organizations, but if done wrong, there are some hazards connected to them, as Risto Sarvas explains in the third video.

Building on top of chapter 3, uncertainty is discussed at a higher level. If we forgot the organization perspective for a minute, what is actually happening in the society around us? And coming back to the organizations, how do you do changes in that environment?

As a second point of the chapter, Risto discusses the hazards of self-leadership and autonomy. All the coins have two sides, and if no power is officially given, there is still a risk that someone is going to take it. What are the supportive structures that can support autonomous work and prevent the downsides of it?
